During our annual Quality Month, the in-house inspection center refined check points across raw materials, semi-finished and finished products.
Guided by our core values of Quality & Efficiency and Continuous Improvement, Eenbei held its annual Quality Month in June, with the in-house inspection center leading a review of check points across the whole production process.
The refined inspection covers raw fabric and filling materials, semi-finished sewing and embroidery, and finished products including seam strength, accessory pull tests, needle detection and appearance checks before packing.
Production and sampling teams joined joint training sessions during the month, aligning everyone on the same standards that our Japanese-order clients expect.
Quality is built into process, not just promised. The upgraded check points are now part of our standard operating procedure for every order.
