Japanese-Standard Production Line Completes Scheduled Upgrade

In September, our Dongguan headquarters completed a scheduled upgrade of the Japanese-standard plush toy production line, covering sewing workstations, filling equipment and in-process inspection points.

The upgrade focused on process discipline and consistency — the two foundations of Japanese-order production that our team has followed since the line was first built. Each workstation now has clearer standard operation procedures and faster in-process feedback.

With a production team of 40 skilled workers, the upgraded line strengthens our capacity to handle OEM orders with strict quality requirements, including repeat orders from Japanese clients.
