Engineering & Sampling Department Expands to Speed Up Custom Projects

Sample making is the heart of custom plush toy manufacturing. This month, our engineering and sample-making department expanded to over 20 specialists, covering pattern making, embroidery digitizing, material testing and prototype assembly.

With the expanded team, typical sample lead time is kept within 7-15 days, and complex ODM projects with multiple design iterations can be handled in parallel without blocking other clients' schedules.

The department works closely with our quality inspection center, so every approved sample already carries the production standard that mass production will follow — what you approve is what you receive.
